Here when you goto changing authorization data for roles you will be asked for org values. What are these org values?
Org values in general are most critical values.
Suppose you have authorization for ML85 release transaction code.
There are two units in your company A & B
ORG value of PLANT A is 1000 & Plant B is 2000.
If you enter plant value as 1000 for the ML85 (release of entry sheets ) , then you will be able to execute ML85 only for Plant A not Plant B (which you are not supposed to do according to you company's policy).
These org values determine for which part of an organization your duties are confined or limited. If you have to release service entry sheets(execute ML85) for PLANT B , then you must have plant value as 2000 in your profile.
